Process

The Jackson Street Master Plan is being developed in collaboration with adjacent property owners for the advancement of public sector goals, using proven urban design principles. The process is designed to produce a unified vision: a district-wide plan that informs and directs all district development until it is fully realized. The successful implementation of the Master Plan will result in a compelling destination attraction that is also a cohesive and welcoming community. Additionally, the Master Plan development and design guidelines have been conceived to serve as a model for sustainable development. Jackson Street will seek the highest LEED Certification by utilizing sustainable construction practices, recycled materials, efficient energy sources, and advanced technologies for renewable energy.
